CAMP PHILOSOPHY:
In the short 17 years of existence, the UMD Lacrosse team has
won 11 UMLL championships, competed in 7 national championship
tournaments, and produced several All-American lacrosse
players. Not only does UMD celebrate their success on the field
but is also dedicated to the development of lacrosse in the
state of Minnesota. The
entire UMD coaching staff currently lives and works in
Minnesota.
The BULLDOG LACROSSE CAMP focuses on teaching lacrosse and
the instruction of each player. Through individual, small group
and team situations, we teach players what it takes to improve
their game and become a dominant player.
Throughout camp, all players will not only be taught how
to improve as a lacrosse player, they will be introduced to all
facets of the game. Strength training, proper nutrition, and
recruiting will all be covered during the five days at
camp. Along with all room and board, three meals a day, and
instruction from experienced coaches, all players will receive a
camp reversible. Several prizes and awards will also be given
out throughout camp.
